- Conduct outbound calling to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads, identify potential customers, and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) logs and update interactions.
- Share product details and coordinate with field sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel including call logs and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally for a positive experience.
