Position: Site Manager / Site In-Charge
Experience: 10–15 Years
Industry Preference: Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power, or similar industrial projects
Job Summary
Responsible for overall site management, project execution, manpower supervision, client coordination, and timely completion of projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant site management experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in handling project sites across India.
- Strong experience in:
- Static Equipment Maintenance
- Structural Fabrication & Erection
- Piping Fabrication & Installation
- Proven ability to lead and manage a workforce of 200+ personnel.
- Capable of handling client interactions, resolving site issues, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Rotary Equipment Maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work at project locations anywhere in India.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
