Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (40%)
Manpower Planning
- Coordinate with franchise partners and outlet managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Maintain approved manpower budgets and staffing plans.
- Forecast hiring needs based on expansion plans and attrition trends.
Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, local networks, institutes, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate final interviews with operations and franchise teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers.
- Ensure vacancies are filled within defined timelines.
Onboarding
- Conduct joining formalities.
- Ensure complete employee documentation.
- Facilitate induction programs for new hires.
- Coordinate issuance of uniforms, ID cards, and onboarding materials.
2. Training & Development (30%)
Staff Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for:
- Customer service
- Communication skills
- Grooming and body language
- SOP compliance
- Food safety and hygiene
- Product knowledge
- Complaint handling
Training Management
- Prepare training calendars for all outlets.
- Conduct refresher training sessions.
- Evaluate employee performance after training.
- Maintain training attendance and effectiveness records.
Franchise Support
- Train franchise owners and managers on HR policies.
- Ensure consistency in service standards across all outlets.
- Assist new franchise locations during pre-opening staff training.
3. HR Audits & Compliance (20%)Franchise HR Audits
Conduct monthly or quarterly HR audits covering:
Employee Documentation
- Appointment letters
- ID proofs
- Employee records
- Emergency contact information
Attendance & Payroll Compliance
- Attendance records
- Leave management
- Overtime records
- Payroll documentation
Training Compliance
- Training records
- SOP understanding
- Skill assessments
Employee Welfare
- Staff facilities
- Uniform compliance
- Grooming standards
- Workplace conduct
Legal Compliance
- Labour law compliance
- POSH awareness
- Minimum wage adherence
- Statutory requirements as applicable
Audit Reporting
- Prepare audit reports with scores and observations.
- Highlight non-compliances and corrective actions.
- Follow up until closure of observations.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention (10%)
- Conduct employee feedback sessions.
- Address employee grievances.
- Support franchise partners in handling disciplinary matters.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and retention.
- Organize recognition and reward initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
