Responsibilities
- Lead the physical installation team.
- Install structures, modules, inverters, ACDB/DCDB and cable trays.
- Perform DC cabling, MC4 crimping, AC termination and earthing.
- Install lightning and surge-protection components as designed.
- Conduct continuity, polarity, insulation, voltage and earth-resistance tests.
- Follow working-at-height and electrical-isolation procedures.
- Maintain tools, ladders, PPE and testing equipment.
- Assist with commissioning and customer demonstration.
- Attend breakdown, warranty and maintenance calls.
- Train the junior installer and project helpers.
Required qualification
- ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Maharashtra Wireman permit strongly preferred.
- Suryamitra certification desirable.
Required experience
- 2–4 years in rooftop solar installation.
- Must pass a practical test covering MC4 crimping, terminations, testing, earthing and safety.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
