- Proven experience defining enterprise‑wide data architectures aligned to business outcomes
- Strong expertise in data maturity assessments, capability modeling, and transformation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of data governance, ownership, stewardship, data quality, and lifecycle management
- Hands‑on experience with MDM, reference data, metadata management, and enterprise data standards
- Ability to advise senior business and IT leaders on data‑driven transformation
- Strong understanding of how data enables business process optimization and digital transformation
- Experience with modern data platforms (warehouses, lakes/lakehouse) and integration patterns
