Job Summary
A leading restaurant chain is looking for experienced Indian Cooks specializing in North Indian OR South Indian cuisine. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook North Indian OR South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare mise en place and organize the workstation before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage conditions.
- Follow FIFO and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or restaurant chain.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian OR South Indian cuisine.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
