We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Consultant to take complete ownership of our E-commerce platform growth and act as an outsourced E-commerce Manager reporting directly to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve performance, sales, and customer experience. Develop and execute growth strategies to increase enquiries, RFQs, conversions, and sales. Coordinate and manage all existing teams, including:
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Social Media
- Product Listing
- Operations & Delivery Conduct weekly review meetings and submit management reports. Monitor website traffic, lead generation, sales performance, and competitor activities. Recommend and implement improvements based on market trends and performance data. Ensure all teams are working towards agreed sales and growth targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of E-commerce management experience. Proven track record in growing E-commerce sales. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Conversion Optimization, and E-commerce Operations. Experience managing multiple vendors and teams. UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Fixed Monthly Consulting Fee. Additional Performance Incentives based on sales growth, lead generation, and KPI achievement.
