We are hiring for NPD (New Product Development) Engineer/Designer!

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Support the development of manufacturing process flow from enquiry to job completion
* Assist Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
* Perform product and process costing
* Conduct feasibility checks and freeze confirmed parameters
* Manage engineering changes effectively
* Work closely with production floor teams as required
* Participate in learning and development activities to enhance performance
* Handle additional responsibilities as required based on organizational needs
* Develop and manage APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation
Requirements:
* B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace / Production Engineering
AutoCAD and SolidWorks (proficiency).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical industry
* Quick learner with creative thinking ability
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
* Strong task prioritization and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
* Ability to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners
* Self-motivated with a task-oriented approach and ability to balance initiative and delegation
* Knowledge of cost reduction, scrap reduction, and forecasting
* Understanding of measuring instruments, unit conversion, and part measurement
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
