Job Responsibilities
Conduct eye check-ups at customers' locations (Training will be provided)
Assist customers in selecting suitable spectacles
Visit up to 5 customers per day
Customer leads will be provided by the company
No sales targets
Eligibility
Bike is mandatory
Good communication skills
Customer-friendly approach
Comfortable with field work
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (training provided)
Salary & Benefits
Monthly CTC: ₹24,000
In-hand Salary: ₹20,400
Performance Incentive: Average up to ₹16,000/month (performance-based)
Petrol Allowance: ₹3.50 per km
