Black Rock Digital Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media & Content Specialist to manage social media content, blog publishing, content quality control, and website content audits for multiple automotive dealership clients across Canada.
The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and editor who can create engaging content, manage content calendars, review marketing assets for accuracy, and ensure all digital content meets brand standards before publication.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Management
- Create and publish social media posts for assigned dealership accounts.
- Develop monthly content calendars, including seasonal, holiday, and event-based content.
- Create engaging captions and social media content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Publish daily Instagram Stories and maintain consistent social media activity.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure content and creatives align with campaign goals.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements where required.
Blog Content Management
- Convert dealership events, announcements, and newsletters into blog articles.
- Write, edit, and publish blogs following brand guidelines and content standards.
- Optimize blogs with meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, image alt tags, keywords, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain consistency in formatting, tone, and branding across all blog content.
Content Quality Control
- Review and proofread all marketing content before publication.
- Quality check website content, social media posts, offer creatives, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Verify pricing, offers, disclaimers, vehicle information, contact information, links, and calls-to-action for accuracy.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, grammar standards, and legal requirements.
- Identify and report content errors before publication.
Website Content Audits
- Conduct monthly audits of assigned dealership websites.
- Review websites for outdated content, broken links, missing information, content inconsistencies, and user experience concerns.
- Document website issues and track resolution status.
- Submit monthly audit reports with recommendations.
- Escalate critical website issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Writing, or Content Marketing.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and content planning skills.
- Experience creating content calendars and managing publishing schedules.
- Proficiency with Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with North American clients is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Automotive industry experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO for blog publishing and content optimization.

- Social media posts published on schedule.
- Daily Instagram Story execution.
- Monthly content calendars completed and approved on time.
- 100% adherence to approved content schedules.
- Timely publication of blog content.
- Monthly website audits completed for all assigned accounts.
- Accurate quality control of content and marketing assets before publication.
- Identification and reporting of website and content issues before client escalation.
- Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and content quality standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
