Job Summary:
The bartender prepares and serves beverages at outdoor catering events while maintaining hygiene, stock control, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve mocktails, cocktails, soft drinks, and beverages.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene.
- Arrange bar counter and beverage stock.
- Check glassware and bar equipment before events.
- Interact politely with guests.
- Monitor beverage inventory during events.
- Follow safety and serving standards.
- Assist in closing and packing bar items after event completion.
Requirements:
- Experience in bartending preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage mixing and presentation.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
