Job Description:
OnO Creators is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with experience in the finance niche. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial content and the ability to manage and grow social media platforms through engaging and high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute content strategies focused on finance-related topics
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and campaigns
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and video editors
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Stay updated with social media trends and finance industry updates
- Increase engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Manage comments, DMs, and audience interaction professionally
Requirements:
- Immediate joiner preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of the finance niche (stock market, investments, personal finance, etc.)
- Excellent communication and content planning skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and insights
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in influencer or creator-driven content
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and performance marketing
- Understanding of content trends and viral formats
