Job Responsibilities
● Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the Integrated Access Control and Surveillance System at Mumbai Port Authority.
● Ensure uninterrupted 24x7 onsite support and maintenance services as per contractual requirements.
● Supervise site personnel and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
● Ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness of all deployed equipment and systems.
● Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with project scope, service levels, and client expectations.
● Act as the primary point of contact between the company and Mumbai Port Authority.
● Conduct regular review meetings with client representatives and internal teams.
● Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports on project operations, equipment health, incidents, and maintenance activities.
● Track service requests, breakdowns, and issue resolution to ensure timely closure.
● Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
● Ensure proper documentation, asset records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports are maintained.
● Support invoice submissions, revenue tracking, and payment follow-up activities.
● Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
● Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures at the project site.
Skills Required
