We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Track social media trends and implement new ideas.
- Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of content marketing and branding.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong portfolios and creative skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Shorts,).
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Understanding digital marketing.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
