Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and IT product presentations. A strong ability to generate leads on LinkedIn and close sales is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Business Development:
- Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn.
- Build and nurture professional relationships to generate qualified leads.
- Campaign Management:
- Execute targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns for business communication and networking.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach.
- Sales & Closure:
- Convert leads into opportunities and drive successful sales closures.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- IT Product Presentation:
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations of IT products to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Business Networking:
- Represent the company in professional forums and online platforms.
- Strengthen brand presence and expand business connections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT products/services.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and sales closure.
- Excellent communication skills across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to design and deliver impactful product presentations.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales tracking will be an advantage.
