Location: Palarivattom,kochi
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide prospective students and help them choose suitable educational programs. Candidates with experience in the education sector or telecommunication/telecalling are highly preferred. Freshers with outstanding communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and follow up with leads.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve admission and counseling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Resolve student queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the education industry, academic counseling, telecalling, customer service, or telecommunication is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
