About the Role
We
are seeking a data-driven and commercially astute Revenue Manager to lead the
strategic pricing and distribution efforts for our five-star property. As the
architect of our financial growth, you will be responsible for maximising total
revenue through sophisticated forecasting, competitive analysis and inventory
management. You will work closely with the Executive Committee to translate
market trends into actionable strategies that protect our luxury positioning
while driving GOPPAR.
Core Responsibilities
· Strategic Pricing: Develop and implement daily, seasonal, and long-term pricing strategies for rooms and ancillary services.
· Demand Forecasting: Prepare weekly 30-60-90 day forecasts and annual budgets with high levels of accuracy.
· Inventory Control: Manage room inventory across all distribution channels (GDS, OTA, Direct) and implement length-of-stay (LOS) and overbooking controls.
· Market Intelligence: Conduct daily competitive benchmarks and utilize tools (e.g., STR, Rate Shopping) to identify market shifts.
· Collaboration: Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with the General Manager, Sales Director, and Digital Marketing team to align on promotional tactics and group sales ceilings.
· System Management: Maintain and optimize the Revenue Management System (RMS) and Property Management System (PMS) to ensure data integrity.
Requirements
· Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of revenue management experience, specifically within a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, or Ezmate) and advanced Excel modeling.
· Analytical Mindset: Ability to transform complex data sets into clear, executive-level reports and strategic recommendations.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
· Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at the owner and board level.
