Job Summary:- We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Placement Coordinator to join our team. The role involves building strong industry connections, coordinating placement activities, supporting students in career development, and ensuring successful job opportunities for them. This position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HRs, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
2. Coordinate and organize campus drives, interviews, and placement activities.
3. Counsel, guide, and prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and career readiness.
4. Maintain placement records and prepare reports of student progress and hiring trends.
5. Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and recruiters to ensure smooth placement processes.
6. Support in resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills development sessions.
7. Collaborate with the training team to understand student strengths and align them with industry needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any field (HR, Management, or related preferred).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to network and build professional relationships.
4. Good organizational and coordination skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Fresher’s with good communication and interest in HR/placement coordination are welcome.
