We're looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who brings both technical depth and a genuine passion for building solutions. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions across our Sales, Service, and platform layers, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable, well-architected systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional designs, data models, and solution blueprints.
- Define integration strategies between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture.
- Review and guide development work to ensure code quality, governor limit awareness, and adherence to platform best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and data flow maps.
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder presentations, and design reviews, communicating complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers and administrators on the team.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem tools — and know when and how to apply them.
Required
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a solution architecture or senior.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals: Apex, LWC, SOQL, declarative tools, and the governor limit landscape.
- Proven experience designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, data warehouses, etc.).
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or both); additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, security models (sharing rules, profiles, permission sets), and multi-org considerations.
- Excellent communication skills
