Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counselor who can guide prospective students and pitch professional courses such as Digital Marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The role involves counseling, understanding student needs, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and working professionals about career-oriented courses
- Explain course details: Digital Marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Deliver strong sales pitches and convert inquiries into admissions
- Follow up with leads and maintain a conversion pipeline
- Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and training team
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong interest in sales, counseling, and EdTech industry
- Basic understanding of digital courses (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EdTech, counseling, or tele-sales
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Data Science, or related fields
- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong pitch and objection-handling skills
