We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and friendly Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional experience for visitors at our Game Zone. The GRE will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, promoting gaming activities, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Provide information about games, attractions, offers, memberships, and events.
- Guide customers on game usage, rules, and safety procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support ticketing, bookings, and membership registrations.
- Promote ongoing offers, birthday packages, and special events.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest-facing areas.
- Prepare daily reports related to customer interactions and feedback.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
