Job Overview
Diamonds On Call is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive to grow our jeweler network and drive B2B sales. Candidates with experience in sales, business development, field sales, client handling, or account management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with jewelers, retailers, and diamond businesses
Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
Handle B2B sales and customer relationship management
Develop long-term relationships with clients
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate onboarding and client support activities
Follow up on leads and business inquiries
Skills & Requirements
3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with HubSpot CRM or CRM tools preferred
Experience in jewelry, diamonds, SaaS, fintech, or retail sales is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Ability to travel locally when required
