Shift: Night Shift (U.S. CST – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST)

Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product costs and recommend profitable retail prices.
- Develop pricing strategies that increase sales while maintaining target margins.
- Review weekly vendor cost changes and promotional pricing.
- Ensure pricing accuracy between POS systems, shelf labels, and promotions.
- Analyze sales, gross profit, margins, and pricing trends.
- Identify slow-moving products and recommend pricing or promotional actions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and recommend improvements.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve pricing analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with purchasing, merchandising, and store operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, pricing, merchandising, inventory, purchasing, category management, or business analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working U.S. CST night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supermarkets, grocery retail, FMCG, or large retail chains.
- Experience with ERP, POS, or inventory management systems.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
