Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard Hours)
The Role We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our solar solutions growth. You won't just be managing—you’ll be the engine driving our revenue. If you have a passion for renewable energy and a track record of hitting numbers, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities Hit the Numbers: Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Lead Generation: Identify and convert residential/commercial prospects into solar enthusiasts. Consultative Selling: Educate clients on ROI, government subsidies, and the long-term benefits of switching to solar. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines. Negotiation: Close deals effectively while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Documentation: monitor documentation after sales
What We’re Looking For Education: Must hold a University Degree (any discipline, though Business or Engineering is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Experience in Solar, Real Estate, or Insurance is highly preferred).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal communication, and a "never-give-up" attitude. Discipline: Ability to work a 6-day work week and manage time efficiently.
