Data Warehousing
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Experience designing Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Operational Data Stores.
- Hands-on experience with dimensional modeling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), Fact & Dimension design, surrogate keys, and aggregation strategies.
- Experience in data modeling and metadata management.
ETL & Data Integration
- Strong experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration (Infomatica/ Datastage/ Wherescape/ Talend)
- Expertise in source-to-target mappings, data transformations, data cleansing, and enrichment.
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
- Understanding of batch and near real-time data processing patterns.
- Ability to adapt and work across various ETL platforms and frameworks.
Database & SQL
- Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
- Understanding of query optimization techniques, indexing strategies, partitioning, and data performance optimization.
Cloud & Modern Data Platforms (Preferred)
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Lakehouse, Data Lake, and modern Data Warehouse architectures.
- Understanding of cloud-native data integration and orchestration patterns.
