Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Higher Education domain experience to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for academic institutions.
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Salesforce architecture, Student Information Systems, academic structures, student lifecycle management, integration architecture, data migration, and large-scale Salesforce implementation programs for universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
This role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate institutional requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for higher education institutions.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with institutional goals.
Translate business and institutional requirements into Salesforce architecture and technical designs.
Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, security models, and data governance frameworks.
Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical design documentation.
Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership.
Design Salesforce solutions involving student lifecycle management, admissions, enrollment, academic operations, and student services.
Work closely with implementation teams during development, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical leadership across Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and delivery activities.
Ensure Salesforce solutions follow enterprise architecture standards, security best practices, and scalability requirements.
Guide teams on Salesforce best practices, technical feasibility, and implementation approach.
Support large-scale digital transformation programs for universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
Required Experience
10+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role.
Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for Higher Education institutions.
Hands-on experience with Academic Structures and Student Information Systems.
Strong understanding of student lifecycle management, admissions, enrollment, academic records, student services, and institutional workflows.
Experience leading large-scale Salesforce digital transformation programs in universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, integration design, data migration, and implementation planning.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Ability to create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
Excellent communication, consulting, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture and Higher Education domain exposure.
Pay: ₹50,959.74 - ₹104,937.37 per month
