Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end tele collections operations for overdue loan accounts.
- Manage collection performance across DPD buckets, bounce cases, soft collections, and recovery targets.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery efficiency and reduce delinquency.
- Monitor daily productivity, collection ratios, promise-to-pay tracking, and team KPIs.
- Drive monthly recovery targets through effective team management and process optimization.
- Supervise Team Leaders, Collection Executives, and MIS teams.
- Design calling workflows, escalation matrices, and collection campaigns.
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI regulations, compliance standards, and ethical collection practices.
- Analyze portfolio trends, risk segments, and recovery data for decision-making.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, legal, and field collection teams for escalated accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reviews on collection performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing collection teams.
- Improve customer engagement and resolution strategies while maintaining company reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5–14 years of experience in collections/recovery operations within NBFC, Banking, or Fintech.
- Minimum 3–5 years of team handling experience in tele collections.
- Strong understanding of collection lifecycle, DPD management, and recovery strategies.
- Experience in handling secured/unsecured loan portfolios preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, dialer software, and Excel/reporting tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
