Core Responsibilities
- Vehicle Operation: Drive tipper trucks between quarries, processing plants, and construction or mining sites.
- Loading & Unloading: Supervise material loading to ensure even weight distribution and compliance with legal weight limits. Safely operate the hydraulic system to dump loads on flat, stable ground.
- Inspections:
- Conduct mandatory pre-trip and post-trip checks on brakes, tires, lights, and hydraulic fluid levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, site safety protocols, and restricted entry timings for heavy commercial vehicles (HMV).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate trip sheets, delivery challans, and fuel or logbook records.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform routine servicing such as greasing parts and cleaning the truck bed to prevent material buildup.Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or Heavy Commercial License.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience driving heavy dump trucks or trailers, particularly on rough construction or quarry terrain.
- Skills: Strong spatial awareness, knowledge of basic mechanics, and physical fitness to handle demanding on-site conditions.
- Verifications: Clean driving record, police clearance, and valid medical fitness certificates
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
