Role: Power Platform Developer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Pune/Jaipur (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, optimization)
- Build and enhance apps & workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Collaborate with backend teams (SQL) for data integration and transformation
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in client discussions, present insights, and gather feedback
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks
- Troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions
- Document workflows, designs, and releases for future scalability
- Drive continuous improvements and upgrades within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Provide training and mentorship to users and internal teams
- Eligibility & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI, with strong expertise in Power BI
- Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skills
