We are looking for experienced UK & Europe Visa Counsellors who can work remotely and manage the complete student visa process with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end student visa applications for UK and European countries.
- Guide students on visa requirements, documentation, financials, and immigration regulations.
- Verify visa documents and ensure complete compliance with embassy and immigration guidelines.
- Assist students with visa interview preparation (where applicable).
- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for timely visa submissions.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on application status.
- Deliver excellent service while ensuring high visa filing accuracy.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UK and Europe student visa counselling.
- Must have hands-on experience handling UK and European student visa applications from documentation to submission.
- Strong knowledge of UKVI, European visa requirements, CAS process, financial documentation, credibility interview guidance, and immigration compliance.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup are mandatory.
