Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales deals
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order execution
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports
Coordinate with BDO office and Gram panchayat.
Contact with Civil Engineers.
Assigned area knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of sales experience (preferred in bitumen, construction, or industrial sector, Steel and Iron)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding markets
Basic proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
