About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural planning, design development, construction documentation, and project coordination. The candidate will be involved in projects across Commercial, Corporate, Hospitality, Office, Retail, and Mixed-Use developments, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation materials.
- Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documentation.
- Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and construction details.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Experience working on Commercial, Corporate, Hospitality, Office, Retail, and Institutional projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.
- Working knowledge of building bye-laws, NBC guidelines, and industry standards.
- Excellent design, planning, and technical detailing skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
