ITI Fresher – Production / Maintenance Trainee
Job Summary
Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI Freshers to join our Graphite Plant. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to begin their careers in manufacturing and gain practical industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production and maintenance activities.
- Operate machines under the guidance of senior operators.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
- Support quality inspection and production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping (5S).
- Prepare daily work reports and update supervisors.
Eligibility
- ITI Pass (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic, Wireman, COPA, Instrument Mechanic, MMV, or equivalent trades).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic technical knowledge of tools and machines.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
