Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process role. The executive will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers, resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients/customers
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Document call details and update records in CRM systems
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Meet KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Neutral or clear accent with good pronunciation
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle different customer scenarios professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK/AU process)
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 1–3 years in BPO / Customer Support / Call Center roles
- Experience in international voice process is an advantage
Salary:
- ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & communication skills)
- Incentives and shift allowances
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts / Night shifts (based on international time zones)
- 5 days a week with rotational week-offs
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,175.38 per month
