Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating recruitment requirements.
The ideal candidate should have experience identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, understanding workforce requirements, and converting discussions into long-term business partnerships.
This is a strategic client acquisition role and not a conventional retail sales profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across industries
- Generate hiring and recruitment requirements through outbound business development
- Build relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders
- Conduct requirement discussions and business meetings
- Present recruitment solutions and negotiate commercials
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
- Drive repeat business and account growth
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B Services
- Proven experience generating business opportunities and closing partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently manage the business development cycle
- Existing industry network is preferred
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or service-based industries will be an advantage
