Experience: 1–2 Years
What You'll Do
- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base within your assigned territory.
- Promote our range of products and ensure strong market visibility.
- Achieve sales targets through regular customer engagement and strategic market coverage.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Share regular sales updates and market insights with the reporting manager.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales experience in the cement, steel, building materials, or paint industry.
- A graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Familiarity with dealer and distributor networks in the assigned market.
- A self-driven individual who enjoys meeting customers and achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
Salary : Upto 25K
