About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our International Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and technical support of our product range in global markets. This role requires excellent troubleshooting ability, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach while working with our distributors and end-users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and handover to customers & service partners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed service reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support Sales & Service teams in pre-sales technical queries and applications.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and share product improvement insights with R&D/QA teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of prior experience in technical service for laboratory/analytical/precision equipment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with high accountability.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of weighing instruments, analytical balances, or laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and digital reporting tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
