Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Monitor, mentor, and guide the admissions/sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Lead Generation: Conduct college visits, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate student leads.
- Admissions Management: Handle and streamline the end-to-end admission process — from inquiry to enrollment.
- Reporting: Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversions, team performance, and campaign effectiveness to management
- Event Coordination: Organize and conduct webinars, seminars, workshops, and promotional events to boost student engagement and visibility.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other institutions for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Counseling: Provide career counseling and course guidance to potential students and parents.
- CRM Maintenance: Manage student data and follow-ups through CRM tools and admission tracking systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an admissions or sales role, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel locally for college visits and seminars
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for student engagement and counseling
