We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and online platforms
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth enrollment process
- Handle objections and provide proper guidance to convert leads
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
