- Greeting customers and understanding their requirements.
- Explaining the features, specifications, and benefits of different Royal Enfield Classic 350, Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Royal Enfield Bullet 350, and other models.
- Arranging and conducting test rides.
- Assisting customers with financing, insurance, exchange offers, and documentation.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Following up with prospective customers through phone calls, messages, and visits.
- Maintaining customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
- Coordinating with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promoting accessories, riding gear, extended warranties, and service packages.
- Keeping up to date with new product launches, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Participating in dealership events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
