Role Description:
Iron Asylum Fast-growing nutraceutical brand with expanding SKU portfolio and structured production operations.
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will handle customer queries, convert inquiries into sales, and upsell relevant products. This is a B2C role requiring strong sales skills.
Offered Salary: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (as per experience and skills)
Experience:· Zero to One year experience in health, wellness, or supplement industry preferred · Prior B2C sales or customer support experience · Understanding of online sales and conversion process· Freshers can apply Skills Required:· Strong sales and persuasion skills · Excellent Hindi communication (spoken) · Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset · Willingness to learn about health and supplement products Languages (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries via website chat, WhatsApp, calls, and email.
· Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
· Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
· Explain supplement benefits, usage, and results to customers.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
· Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
· Update customer details and interactions.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
