Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead - AI Education, Training & Program Delivery to take full ownership of designing, delivering, and scaling AI & Automation learning programs.
This is an all-rounder leadership role responsible for:
· Curriculum design
· Training delivery
· Trainer development
· Team management
· Program execution
· Learning outcomes
You will be accountable for end-to-end success of training programs, from concept to completion, including team productivity and learner impact.
Role Ownership
You are directly accountable for:
· Successful execution of all training programs (short-term & long-term)
· Quality and effectiveness of curriculum and delivery
· Performance and productivity of trainers and engineers
· Learner outcomes (skills, completion, satisfaction)
· Continuous improvement of programs
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Design & Curriculum Leadership
· Design and structure:
· 1–3 hour workshops
· 3–14 day bootcamps
· 1–3 month intensive programs(Online/offline)
· Create clear, outcome-driven syllabi
· Ensure all programs are:
· Practical
· Industry-relevant
· Continuously updated
· Define learning paths for:
· Students (school & college)
· Professionals
· Business owners
2. End-to-End Program Execution
· Plan and execute complete training cycles:
· Scheduling
· Resource allocation
· Session delivery
· Assessments
· Ensure smooth execution across multiple batches
· Maintain consistency in delivery quality
3. Training Delivery (Hands-on Leadership)
· Personally conduct:
· Key sessions
· High-impact workshops
· Advanced modules
· Adapt delivery for different audiences
· Ensure high engagement and clarity
4. Trainer Development (Train-the-Trainer)
· Hire, train, and mentor trainers
· Standardize teaching quality across team
· Create training frameworks and guidelines
· Continuously upskill trainers on AI tools and delivery methods
5. Team Leadership & Management
· Lead a cross-functional team of:
· Trainers
· AI / Automation Engineers
· Assign tasks and track execution
· Monitor team productivity and performance
· Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions
· Build a high-performance, accountable team culture
6. Productivity & Operations Management
· Define workflows for:
· Content creation
· Program delivery
· Project execution
· Track timelines, deadlines, and output quality
· Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
6. Learning Outcomes & Quality Assurance
· Define and track:
· Completion rates
· Learner satisfaction
· Skill outcomes
· Implement feedback loops and improvements
· Ensure every program delivers measurable impact
8. AI & Industry Relevance
· Stay updated with latest AI tools and trends
· Convert new tools into:
· Training modules
· Practical use cases
· Ensure programs remain current and competitive
9. Content & Brand Contribution
· Create scalable learning content:
· Video content (YouTube, short-form)
· Learning materials (guides, docs)
· Support brand positioning as an AI education leader
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work with:
· Marketing (program positioning)
· Sales (client requirements)
· Leadership (strategy alignment)
· Align training initiatives with business goals
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, or technical instruction.
· Experience with AI tools or automation platforms is preferred.
Preferred Skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
· Interest in exploring and experimenting with new AI technologies.
· Ability to handle diverse audiences including students, professionals, and corporate teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
