Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, finance) for smooth transactions
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM / Google Sheets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹9,754.36 - ₹33,794.16 per month
