Job Title: Human Resources and Administration Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources and Administration Officer to join our team at Deoyani Multi Speciality Hospital, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the hospital, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with hospital objectives and industry best practices.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating on boarding for new employees.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of personnel information, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
Administration:
Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient operation of administrative functions such as front desk management, maintenance, and security.
Manage facility operations, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and procurement of supplies.
Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Implement systems and processes to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, grievances, and suggestions.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and other activities to foster a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in human resources and administration roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
