Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with ICU / Neuro ICU experience to work in a Rehabilitation Centre. The role involves providing critical and ongoing nursing care to patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and long-term illnesses, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide nursing care to patients admitted in ICU/Neuro ICU within the rehabilitation setup
· Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and overall patient condition.
· Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
· Assist doctors and therapists during medical procedures and rehabilitation interventions.
· Handle and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
· Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
· Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
· Educate patients and caregivers about ongoing care and rehabilitation needs.
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and therapists.
· Respond efficiently to emergencies and critical situations,
Required Skills & Competencies
· Experience in ICU or Neuro ICU nursing
· Knowledge of rehabilitation-focused patient care
· Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
· Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
· Empathetic, patient-centered approach
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts
