Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients for our software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and outbound efforts
- Handle platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain CRM and track all sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software services)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of web and mobile app development
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Experience in international client handling
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
