We are hiring Senior Data Engineers for our client for an exciting contract opportunity.
Position Details
Role: Senior Data Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Contract Duration: 4–6 Weeks
Billing: ₹5,000 per day
Mode of Work: Hybrid (1–2 days Work From Office per month
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Job Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Apache PySpark.
Good to have experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Function Apps.
Build and optimize Data Warehouse, Medallion (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and Delta Lake architectures.
Optimize Spark jobs, Databricks clusters, and SQL queries to improve performance and reduce cloud costs.
Develop reusable PySpark, Python, and SQL code for ETL/ELT and data transformation.
Good to have experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and CDC concepts.
Work with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
Good to have experience with Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and Data Masking for security and governance.
Manage structured and semi-structured data (JSON/XML) in ADLS Gen2 and Delta Lake.
Design and implement data validation, data cleansing, and data quality frameworks.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers, participate in peer code reviews, and communicate effectively.
