Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience to manage paid advertising campaigns and lead end-to-end SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, audiences and creatives
- Handle budget allocation and scaling based on performance metrics
- Implement conversion tracking and ensure accurate data reporting
SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical)
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to relevant pages
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings and internal linking (on-page SEO)
- Manage off-page SEO activities including backlink building and outreach
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, etc.)
- Work with developers to fix technical SEO issues and improve website health
Website & Analytics
- Optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and ad platforms
- Generate regular reports and share actionable insights
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page and technical SEO)
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and keyword research tools
- Basic understanding of website structure, HTML and page performance factors
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or high-intent lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
