How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a proactive and street-smart Facility Executive/In-Charge to manage facility operations across our diagnostic labs, retail centers, and offices in Delhi NCR.
This is a high-ownership, on-ground role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to unorganized processes, and can independently solve problems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
What will you get to do?
Lab & Retail Center Operations
Manage day-to-day facility operations across labs, offices, and retail outlets
Ensure all centers remain operational, clean, and compliant with healthcare standards
Coordinate immediate repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance issues
Oversee housekeeping, pest control, sanitation, and biomedical waste management
Building Systems from Scratch
Create and implement SOPs for facility management
Develop checklists, maintenance schedules, and tracking systems
Establish vendor databases, AMC schedules, and compliance calendars
Bring structure to unorganized processes and build scalable frameworks
Vendor & Cost Management
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across services
Negotiate cost-effective contracts without compromising quality
Monitor vendor performance and enforce service standards
Build a reliable contractor network across Delhi NCR
Healthcare Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with NABL and healthcare regulatory requirements
Coordinate inspections, audits, and license renewals
Maintain fire safety systems and conduct safety drills
Oversee proper biomedical waste handling and infection control protocols
Real Estate & Project Support
Support new retail center launches and facility setup
Coordinate fit-outs, furniture procurement, and operational readiness
Liaise with landlords, authorities, and building management
Assist in office relocations, lab expansions, and infrastructure upgrades
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management
Act as first responder for facility emergencies
Handle urgent breakdowns and make quick decisions independently
Troubleshoot creatively with limited resources
Be available for after-hours emergencies when required
Administrative & Reporting
Track facility expenses, utility bills, and AMC payments
Maintain vendor contracts, compliance certificates, and records
Prepare regular facility status and expense reports
Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure and connectivity requirements
Skills we are looking for
Experience
4–5 years in facility management
Exposure to healthcare facilities, retail outlets, or multi-location operations preferred
Education

Hands-on approach — willing to execute, not just delegate
Strong problem-solving ability under pressure

Street-smart understanding of NCR vendor ecosystem
Technical Knowledge
Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, civil, and HVAC systems
Knowledge of healthcare/lab hygiene standards
Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements
Awareness of biomedical waste management regulations
Core Skills
Strong vendor negotiation and management capabilities
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Good documentation and basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
