Hiring: General Manager – IQF Vegetable Plant

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – IQF Vegetable Plant to lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall IQF vegetable plant operations, production planning, and capacity utilization.
- Manage processing of frozen vegetables including peas, capsicum, green beans, carrots, sweet corn, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, okra, mixed vegetables, potatoes, and other IQF products.
- Drive production efficiency, yield improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, statutory compliance, and customer requirements.
- Oversee cold storage, inventory, cold-chain integrity, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Optimize manpower productivity and develop a high-performance operations team.
- Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, wastage, energy consumption, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Maintenance, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive CAPEX, process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of business growth, profitability, and operational targets.
Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in IQF / Frozen Food / Vegetable Processing / Food Manufacturing.
- Strong experience in plant operations and team leadership.
- Proven track record in production, yield, cost control, quality, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, cold-chain management, and manufacturing systems.
- Location: Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh
